About Our Family Wellness Clinic
With more than 35 years of service, we are committed to providing services that focus on pain relief and pain prevention. Our family wellness clinic was built on providing Chiropractic care, but wellness is also defined by foot care, massage therapy, and overall emotional and physical health. Our clinic, located in Whitby, Ontario, employs specialists in Chiropractic, Registered Massage Therapy (RMT), Acupuncture, and Chiropody (foot doctor), and supplements these four health services with advice on diet and exercise.
As we focus on your whole body health, we offer these services because they complement each other, so we can focus on both the cause of your pain, and pain prevention. Our Chiropractors initially assess your condition and recommend whatever treatments or therapies are necessary to get you back on track to a healthier you. These treatments may work alone, or in combination with other treatments or therapies.
Our Chiropractors may also recommend dietary changes, provide you with stretches or strengthening exercises, or recommend other natural methods to achieve your wellness goals.
What does wellness mean?
Wellness means managing, reducing, or removing your pain. Wellness also means putting a system of pain prevention in place to avoid or lessen future damage to the body. Increasing your resilience to daily stress depends on regular, physical tune-ups, combined with dietary and exercise advice. Many corporations invest in employee health programs specifically for this reason.

At Family Wellness Clinic, our practitioners work together to provide you with a comprehensive wellness plan. Our Chiropractors, Foot Specialists (Chiropodists), and Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) have a common goal: to provide patients with a pain treatment plan and focus on continued pain prevention, so you can enjoy better quality of life, and your optimal health and wellness.
